Youth Life Coaching
As You Are: Mentoring
As You Are staff, a 501c nonprofit provides mentorship to system-involved youth and young adults. As You Are is partnered with EC Social Media to provide youth with wrap-around support services and after-school youth programming. As You Are works with local Veterans halls and retired Military Veterans to provide staff support. We outreach to youth on probation and foster care youth. We service; Alameda County, Sacramento County, San Francisco County, San Mateo County, and Contra Costa County.
EC Job Readiness Training
EC Social Media LLC staff provides trauma informed case management and job readiness training. Our education model strives for stigma reduction. Our unique personalized curriculum and career exploration activities provide an interactive innovative platform to connect with system-involved youth. We believe in meeting youth where they are. We address social and economic barriers to help youth reduce recidivism.
