Our Mission is to assist system-involved youth and young adults by providing support services that lead to career pathways for success.

 

As You Are 501c was founded in North Carolina by U.S. Air Force SGT. Darrell Howell in 2016. Darrell Howell is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College and is a Bio Medical Engineer by trade. Talia Benet Founded EC Social Media in 2017 and recruited Program Coordinators to provide youth programming within the Bay Area. Talia has over ten years of grant management, fundraising, and youth program management experience. Our youth volunteers have over eight years of experience working with probation youth.

 

Our Financial and Data Specialist SGT. Mansour Salahudin is a graduate of UC Berkeley Has School of Business and holds both a Masters and J.D. from UC Hastings School of Law. Mansour is also a retired NAVY Veteran, who served during the Vietnam War. The Honorable Judge Lisa Williams is our Contracts Specialist, she retired from the California State Department of Insurance. She is active with the California State Bar and enjoys supporting staff. Together, As You Are and EC Social Media LLC continue to provide youth programming!
